To be an effective leader you need to know your people... but sometimes we miss the critical step of knowing and understanding how they see themselves. Stack'd Leadership provides a unique approach to better understanding those you lead. Using a simple 3D framework and Q&A reflection-based approach, we help people "build their stack" so they have a model to help others understand them on another level. Then we take it a step further and combine individuals' Stacks into team Columns to redefine & reach new heights!

The Process:
Step 1- Simple intro to growth areas w/ demo stack presentation
Step 2- Build your own Stack! then team column if desired
Step 3- Guided explanation & "next steps" for your Stack & Column
Step 4- Your 3D Stack(s), in your space(s), so people know you!
Understand your own learning style and how you gain and use new knowledge is key to personal growth
Analyze how you connect by reflecting on verbal vs. written & formal vs. informal to improve effectiveness and clarity.
Examine your commitment to tasks and goals, and the pathway and approach you take to achieve them
reflect on the role your perceptions of other people play and raise your primary 3 focus areas
